These terms govern use of the Sifr Software website and the software products and services we provide. Please read them carefully. Some terms may be superseded by a written agreement between you and Sifr Software.

By accessing this website or using any Sifr Software product or service, you accept these terms. If you are using a product on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Software activation, renewal and payment
Sifr Software products are offered with a first-time activation and a yearly renewal. Activation and renewal charges are payable as displayed on the pricing page or quoted at the time of purchase. Continued use of a product requires a valid, paid renewal.
3. Use of software
You may use a licensed product for your own business purposes in line with its documentation. You may not resell, sub-license, copy or reverse-engineer the software, or use it to build a competing product, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Your data
You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes and responsibility
We may add features, fix defects and improve security, and we try to avoid disturbing already-used views and functions. We do not warrant that a product will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or the software.
