These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.sifr.in ("Website") and the services provided by SIFR ("we", "us", "our"), operated by masoom nazir sanadi, located at Beside Ghudanpeer Dargah, Near Burhanuddin Dargah, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing our Website or engaging our services, you ("Client", "Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use.

1. Definitions

• "Services" — Web development, Progressive Web App (PWA) development, custom software development, WordPress development, e-commerce development, digital media management, data recovery, and related IT services offered by SIFR.
• "Deliverables" — The final output of a project: website files, source code, PWA package, documentation, or any agreed-upon materials.
• "Project" — A specific scope of work agreed upon between SIFR and the Client, including deliverables, timeline, and cost.
• "Client Content" — Text, images, logos, videos, data, or any materials provided by the Client for use in the Project.

2. Scope of Services

SIFR provides the following categories of services:

• Static Responsive Websites — Starting at ₹1,000 (1 page) to ₹3,000 (5 pages). One-time development cost.
• Progressive Web Apps (PWA) — Custom web applications that function as mobile apps without Play Store/App Store.
• Custom Software Development — Tailored solutions including legal diary, attendance systems, billing software, inventory management, and matrimonial apps.
• WordPress Websites — Content management system-based websites with custom themes and plugins.
• E-commerce Websites — Online stores with product listings, cart, and payment gateway integration.
• Digital Media Services — Social media management, digital promotion, and content creation (video/images/posters).
• Data Recovery — Recovery of lost or corrupted data from storage devices.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Prices displayed on our Website are indicative; final pricing is confirmed in the project agreement or invoice.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Small projects (₹1,000 – ₹5,000): 100% advance payment before work begins.
• Medium projects (₹5,001 – ₹15,000): 50% advance + 50% on delivery.
• Large projects (₹15,001+): Milestone-based payment as agreed in the project proposal.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
• Cash (for local Kolhapur clients visiting our office)

SIFR does not store or process credit/debit card details. All online payments are handled by your bank or UPI provider.

3.4 No Hidden Costs

The agreed project price is final. No additional charges will be applied without prior written approval from the Client, except for:

• Additional features or pages requested after project commencement
• Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, premium plugins) which are clearly communicated before purchase

4. Project Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times (from receipt of all Client Content and full/advance payment):

• Micro site (1 page): Same day to 1 business day
• 5-page website: 2-3 business days
• E-commerce / WordPress: 5-7 business days
• Custom PWA / Software: Timeline shared in project proposal

Delays caused by the Client (late content submission, delayed feedback) will extend the timeline accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
• Provide clear project requirements and feedback
• Ensure they have the right to use any materials (images, text, trademarks) provided to SIFR
• Arrange domain registration and hosting (or authorize SIFR to do so on their behalf)
• Test deliverables and report issues within the agreed review period

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, the Client receives:

• Full ownership of the website/app source code
• Right to use, modify, and host the deliverables anywhere
• Right to transfer the deliverables to another developer/hosting provider

6.2 SIFR's Rights

SIFR reserves the right to:

• Display the completed project in our portfolio (unless Client requests otherwise in writing)
• Use the Client's name/logo in our client list
• Retain ownership of any pre-existing code, libraries, or tools used in development (Client receives usage rights)

6.3 Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party components (Bootstrap, jQuery, Owl Carousel, AOS, Iconify). These remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their individual licenses (all open-source/MIT).

7. Revisions & Updates

• Minor revisions (text changes, phone number updates, small image swaps) — Provided free of charge during the project and within 30 days after delivery.
• Major changes (new pages, new features, design overhaul) — Quoted separately based on scope.
• Post-delivery support — Technical issues and bugs are fixed free of charge. Content updates are charged as per current rates.

8. Hosting & Domain

• SIFR does not provide hosting services. We recommend and help set up hosting with third-party providers.
• Domain registration is the Client's responsibility. SIFR can assist in purchasing and configuring domains on the Client's behalf.
• SIFR is not responsible for server downtime, hosting provider issues, or domain expiration.

9. Limitation of Liability

• SIFR's maximum liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific project.
• SIFR is not liable for:
  • Loss of data due to third-party hosting/server issues
  • Downtime caused by domain/hosting provider problems
  • SEO ranking changes due to Google algorithm updates
  • Third-party plugin/API changes beyond our control

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. Client data (business details, customer data, login credentials) is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

• By Client: The Client may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund. If work has commenced, refund is proportional to work not yet completed.
• By SIFR: We reserve the right to terminate a project if the Client:
  • Fails to provide content/feedback for more than 30 days
  • Requests illegal, unethical, or policy-violating work
  • Fails to make agreed payments

12. Website Use

When using our Website (www.sifr.in), you agree not to:

• Use the contact form for spam, promotional, or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to access restricted areas, servers, or databases
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use our Website in any way that violates Indian law

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
